Dear Todd,

    I see a public record that seems to be for Nicholas William Pitt Jr.   It indicates he was born in the 1950s.  He was apparently living in Quinlan, TX from maybe 1991 to about 2004. Are you in contact with relatives?

 I hesitate to put the information here as I assume this person is alive and it could be a privacy issue.

Yes nicholas jr is my uncle him and my dad have both passed away iv gotten as much info from my family that they can tell me I'm looking for more info on my great grandparents and further past them but can't find info on them

Oh, I am so sorry you have lost your father and uncle. They were so young that census work will not help you much yet.  The latest US census available is the 1940 one.

If you can find a copy of your father's birth certificate, it may have his parents' names and places of birth on it.  The person who settled your father's affairs should have a copy of his birth certificate.

Were either your father or uncle buried in a graveyard?  You may be able to get additional information from that cemetery.  There may be other relatives buried near them. What about your aunts & uncles?
