Are my children double relations?

I just found out today that my second cousin is also my husband's first cousin once removed. Are our children siblings, third cousins, and second cousins all at the same time? I am still working on transferring everything over from another database (we can trace back to the 1700's with confidence), but I came across some repeat names when I was putting in my husband's family. Thoughts?

Once you add all of these people here, it will be possible to see the relationships graphically and figure out the relationships.

Your children are siblings. The question to be asked is whether you and your husband are cousins. (Probably not, since it sounds like this mutual cousin of yours is related to both of you on different ancestral lines.)

A cousin of a cousin isn't generally a blood relation.

In any case, full siblings share all their ancestors and they can't be any more closely related than that.
