If you mean how do you change what tags you follow, you can do what i just did, go to the Help index and click on Tags - Following. and you'll be on a page which lets you add or subtract them...Actually there's an easier way, click on Add - Followed Surnames and you'll get to the same page. If you mean change the tags on a g2g question, I believe you just click the edit button..
