Looking for Thomas Cash 1697-1782 & Nancy Thompson 1733-1769

Looking for any thing on Thomas Cash Sr 1697-1782 & Nancy Thompson 1735-1769  also son Thomas Cash Jr 1735-1764. Not sure if Thomas & Nancy had just Thomas and Thomas and some one had Warren Cash 1760-1849 & Nancy Cash 1754-1761. what I have is Thomas Sr Parents are William Cash 1653-1708 & Elizabeth Skinner 1660-1750 And Warren & Nancy Father is Thomas Cash from Westmoreland VA, My line goes from VA, TO KY, TO IND, TO ILL, Any help would be great Thank you
