My grandmas picture disappeared off her profile. I looked at pictures It say's accsess denied

Hello Margaret I edited Elizabeth's profile,now everything is back on the right hand side of the page, if I removed something you wanted left it can be found in changes and added back, but most of what was there was the same info.I left your links to Ancestry as they are the only sources on the page.I am not sure what happened to your image as the link is on the profile page, did you download the image to Wikitree?.Terry

Hello Margaret you need to remove all the tags from the profile, everything has disappeared from the right hand side of the page and that usually happens when tags are not closed maybe it happened during a merge?.The image is still there but right down the bottom of the page where it shouldn't be, it looks like the image is private.I can clean up the profile if you would like ? Terry

I would love you to fix it for me please and thank you so much. I did up load a gedcom. Will it then show up on  There I can not remember making it private

The profile is fixed :) your image isn't private as it has a green lock but as you said if you click on to the image it says access denied so I would remove the image, and upload it to Elizabeth's profile again the photo should then show up on her profile.

I tried to upload it again a few days ago they said they already had the picture So should I try that again. I am new n here I have put a lot of info on here but got stuck with this one. So I am very happy that you are helping me with thisone. thanks again

Yes remove the other first  as the image can not be seen ,then upload it again when it says the image is already on Wikitree scroll down the page and you will see add image, if you have trouble let me know

There is no image anywhere for me to remove

I just removed the image the lock shows up in red now.If you go to any image page you will see about half way down on the left hand side "REMOVE  from image" you check the circle and press save. This was a weird image even though we couldnt see the image we had to remove it let me know if you have trouble adding the image again.I am more then happy to help :)

I only got these pictures last year. I never knew my granddad or grandma  so I really  am thankful  for helping me with this  your very kind

Photos are wonderful to have especially if we never met the person.If we are lucky enough to get photos like you did Margaret they mean so much  to us, I know what you are saying
