Any information on Elbert Hodges born 1803 and lived in Georgia?

Question

He was born in 1803, either in Georgia or England and married Silence Culpepper in Georgia, died in 1864 in Dooley, Franklin, Georgia.  He doesn't seem to connect with the many other Hodges from Georgia.  I would like to determine his ancestors.

Ancestral file has Elbert Hodges born in 1803 in Washington, GA and shows a marriage to Silence Culpepper on 24 Dec 1828. It also has Elter, for son Andrew E. Hodges middle name.

The image of the actual  marriage certificate is online but does not provide any information on parentage of either party.  Maybe if you could locate the 1830 census for Washington, GA you might find other Hodges?
