Is anyone working on the Wallace/Wallis family that knows something about Joseph Sira Wallace and his wife?

I have a Rutherford County, North Carolina marriage bond dated 30 Nov 1820 between Joseph Sira Wallis and Bathsaba Hail.  However, there is a bio published on FindAGrave.com that shows Bathsheba's maiden name as Kelsey.  I have also found it listed that way in other genealogies.

Joseph is listed on the Rutherford County Census records in 1830, 1840, 1850, and 1860.  All, I believe, in Cane Creek, and all with Bathsheba.  Joseph died in 1869, and is buried in Rutherford County.

I have not yet added him to my tree and won't until I get some sort of confirmation about Bathsheba because I don't want to proliferate inaccuracies.

There is a Bathsheba and a Helzebah Rugg in my ancestry. I was just posting a question as to whether anyone had already listed them.
