Thank you Frank.  Paula Felicitas Hobeck died in 1938 as a widow of Georg Johannes Hofmann so this cannot be the same person.

is a website for digitized Berlin address books. Perhaps you can find an address there.

Alternatively, assuming the birth place Nieder Hermesdorff is Niederhermsdorf in Sachsen and the birthdate is before 1872 one could search for church books for the birth record. Niederhermsdorf is today a district of Freital. That area was predominantly protestant and Niederhermsdorf belongs to the Kirchgemeinde Kesselsdorf.

Thank you very much Helmut. Nieder Hermesdorf is right. It is now Tschechien (Dolny Trzemanice). She was born there around 1884.
