How to use the Lancaster County, PA Index to Will Abstracts, 1721-1820

I am trying to find the will for Isaac Hernly, died 1824 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. His name shows up in the Index to Will Abstracts, 1721-1820 on Ancestry (https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/483259:8802) This is a handwritten index to vol 24 of the "Collections of the Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania - Abstracts of Lancaster County Pennsylvania Wills, 1721-1820" He shows up on image 95 with the number "467" after his name. I presume this is a page number, but I can't seem to find the volume with the abstracts online. There may be a copy of the book at a library nearby, but wanted to see if anyone else has used this index and were successful in locating the entry in the full volume?

If your library has access to FamilySearch, you can access the Will abstract at your library:

https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/271756?availability=Family%20History%20Library

Link to index (same as on Ancestry):
