Would anyone here have an idea what these mean in bold?

William Feagin-[36374] (Edward Jr. 6, Edward Sr. 1) was born about 1747 in
Fauquier County, VA and died after 1819 in Fauquier County, VA.

William married Jennie McClanahan-[3964] [MRIN:10964], daughter of James
McClanahan-[10264] and Unknown, about 1798 in Fauquier County, VA.

I'm researching the Feagans and I'm wondering if anyone had any idea what those in bold mean?

Ok as I see it,

a per records like I would see in my home database:

to me it is the Marriage index number of the database used.
 in my databse:
[RIN ###] the individual index of the database
[MRIN ####]  marriage index of the database

in this databas my number is RIN 1 my husband's RIN 2 and our marriage is MRIN 1  as they are the first records I put in.

They are usually local to the database and not relevant anywhere else.

The page may have been created by a database and the inclusion of those numbers could have been a default.

Anyway that is how I see it.

MRIN is "Marriage Record ID Number" and is an ID number that you assign (or your genealogy software assigns) to each couple, in the same way that it assigns an individual ID number.

Some people have used these to develop filing systems.

But it's a numbering scheme specific to one person's research. It doesn't tell you anything about finding that couple or family elsewhere.
