I need to apologise to everyone - 2023 was a very stressful one for our family following flooding problems plus a serious family medical event. I didn't see the messages about my Richard Plumridge on WikiTree, nor the proposed merge :-(

Ancestors of Richard Plumridge born 27 Feb 1812 need editing but I may need help to do this as I don't want to upset a previous merge done by someone else. My addition of more children for Richard yesterday and comment below about his son Richard W (William) Plumridge born 1840 should help understanding by readers. Richard William Plumridge, born JunQtr 1840 Kensington 3 239 was the son of 'my' Richard and Mary. He married Ann Anthoney 3rd Qtr 1864 and died Dec Qtr 1885 Strand 1b 422.

Hi Carol Ann, My Richard Plummeridge was born 27 Feb 1812 and baptised on 12 April. His parents were definitely James & Elizabeth Plummeridge. I spent a lot of time at the Hammersmith Archives years ago and I have a photocopy of the page from the Baptism Register (page 52, 1812). Richard was my great grandfather. The merge has now shown previous generations of my ancestors incorrectly. Although I have spent many decades carefully researching and checking sources and am confident about my own records I do not know what to do to unravel this on WikiTree and hope you can help me please x

Plumridge-242 and Plumeridge-7 appear to represent the same person because: I believe these are the same person
