I need to understand and find example of easy biography and research notes is their a link to simple at home I have notes on family in to many places this is so overwhelming and stressful thank you

I see you are doing some Canadian research. I would recommend the  "Trans Canada Trail" program hosted by the Canada Project. They will mentor you and guide you in learning how to develop a profile on Wikitree. Here is a description of the program and what they cover.
