I have only today found the goldmine which is PERSI.

PERSI stands for Periodical Source Index which is a repository of the Allen County Library at Fort Wayne, Indiana.

I was made aware of PERSI by Amy Johnson Crow on her YouTube channel.

PERSI is produced by the staff at the Allen County Library, but isn’t limited to their collection.  It lists millions of genealogy and history-related articles.
