Need some handwriting help with the intention to marry between George Pynchon and Hannah Bartlett

It says: Hannah Bartlett of ??? Springfield. 

Related, I am trying to find Hannah's parents and getting this location would help.  [[Bartlett-16867|Hannah Bartlett (abt.1720-)]]

This is from the civil register of Springfield, Massachusetts.

of marriage with Hannah Bartlett of said

Springfield the 18th day of November Anno Dom 1738

And that on the 23[?25]th day of sd month Publication

thereof was made as the Law directs.

I'm leaning toward the 25th. The writer seems to have a habit of making an extra large loop on his 5's.

Agree, there are a lot of 3s that all look quite distinctive on the pages.
