Limitation of gedcom export in terms of living persons/number of profiles

Dear experts,

I made a Gedcom export and later on imported the file into another FT program/website. Unfortunately some profiles are missing when the imported FT is visualised in the other porgram. Is there any limitation / settings that could cause it? As a "starting person" I selected my child, therefore I hoped for having all ancestors included in the exported Gedcom file. I also used "No limits. Export all public and private information for everyone." selection as well as exporting "Family Tree" selection.

Any hint on where the problem could be?

thanks a lot.

The export is limited to 15 generations of ancestors. It also may not export profile information if the profile is private and you aren't on the Trusted List.

Can you be a bit more specific about what information was missing?

I definitely have less than 15 generations. As for the missing details it concerns whole profiles not just missing selected detaily from profiles. I created the profiles, therefore I presume this should not have any impact regarding the Trusted List. Right?

Thank you
Can you post the ID of one of the profiles that is missing from the GEDCOM?

the person is till alive but other porfiles of living people were included in the Gedcom. I remember recently I also discovered other prfile missing which definitely belonnged to a person with open profile
