May I utilize an Original Manuscript of Kathlyne Knickerbacker Viele's Book for the New Netherlands project?

Question

The book is titled: "Two Hundred and Fifty Years with a Dutch Family of New York". It pretty much takes the Schaghen / Seylemaecker / Velius / Viele lineage back to the early 1400s. With sources intact. I hope I got the Category correct.
