1920 Census Possible Sharecropping Code

I am currently adding some profiles from a 1920 United States Census; however, under the Owned or Rented column, there is an code that I have not seen before.  It is not an O or an R.  Here is a link to an example,

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-9RVM-QQ1?view=index&action=view

Lines 38 and 48 show it.  It looks like "Un".

Would someone from the US Black Heritage Project please take a look and let me know if this was commonly shown for Sharecroppers on the census?

Appreciate everyone's help.

I think it's "Un", perhaps it means "Unknown" or "Unsure". The next page has a whole swath of the same.

Thank you, Mark.
You're very welcome.

Interestingly on sheet 4, a few pages further on, there is an entry at line 93 for a Jim Bickley who owns his home but is recorded as "Un" rather than "Free" or "Mortgaged".

Thanks you for the star 'T' laugh

my best guess is "un" or unknown?  The census taker only seemed to note whether it was R (rental) but not Owned for anyone, so that's what I'm basing it on. *edit to give credit to Mark whos answer I didnt see before responding.

Always good to get a second opinion Alie. The "Un" looks like a different hand, or at least it seems to have been added later. I guess it could also mean "unreported" or "unrecorded"
Thank you, Alie.  Yes, that is what it looked like to me too.  "Un"

I'd say "unrecorded" or "unanswered," and was added later by the Census Bureau when they were tabulating the statistics.
