Can I add a photo to a cemetery category and use it in an individual's bio?

I would like to add a little color to some biographies, adding a photo where none others might be available. I want to add it to the cemetery page thereby making it available to everyone in the cemetery rather than just the individual.

Photos on Wikipedia: The Wikimedia Foundation owns almost none of the content on Wikimedia sites — the content is owned, instead, by the individual creators of it. However, almost all content hosted on Wikimedia Commons may be freely reused subject to certain restrictions (in many cases). You do not need to obtain a specific statement of permission from the licensor(s) of the content unless you wish to use the work under different terms than the license states.

You seem to have an understanding of copyright with regard to photo's and content on the internet. Thank you for taking the time to do this, its always a nice touch to have a few photo's on a profile.
