We don't delete, we merge. You currently have an open draft. Once you save it you (or someone else) can propose the merge by scrolling down to the bottom of the page, clicking Initiate a Merge and then entering the Wiki-ID (Bishop-2997) for the duplicate person.
It can take a while for the other PM to respond; if both profiles are open default approval happen after 30 days.
