I'm sure there were no people with the surname Vandermark living in Leiden in the 17th century because Vandermark is not a Dutch name. You should look for van der Mark. According to the website www.erfgoedleiden.nl there were some men with the name Pieter van der Mar(c)k in Leiden in the 17th century but I couldn't find one with the patronymic Arien(se).

Not a very reliable source unfortunately.  Apart from the naming standard issue mentioned by Tineke, it also doesn't have a photo of the gravesite (probably it doesn't exist anymore), and it doesn't even have the graveyard name, and no indication where this information came from.

Have you got any details of spouses or children?
