Is Magnustools Toolforge site down?

Question

I went to the https://magnustools.toolforge.org/ site to use tab2wiki table builder but the site is timing out. I used this a couple hours ago but for the last hour or two the site is not working. I went to report it but you have to create an account. When I tried setting up an account it says my user name is already in use but does not accept my password. Any ideas what is needed to get this going and/or is there another table creation tool for Excel spreadsheets?

Hi Kevin. That site was down for me too a few hours ago, but it seems to be up again now.
