Can I add info to a profile with an inactive manager?

Question

If a profile manager hasn't been active since 2019, can I update the information of the profile? The profile in question is Aebli-63. I did add a picture of the obituary but the Bio needs some work. The person in this profile is the 2nd great grandfather of my husband. I checked the profile manager's contributions and there hasn't been any since Feb. 18, 2019. Someone else added some things on Oct. 5, 2019 during a Source-A-Thon. I don't want to add more information if I shouldn't.

The manager on an open profile isn't meant to be there to control it, but to act as a steward making sure that the profile is cared for and the information added to it is relevant and correct, or to remove vandalism. If you have good information, you should add it!
