1841 and 1851 Ireland census extracts - just a few

There are fascinating stories of Irish people in the US pension files. The US pension office required proof of date of birth, marriage, etc. They even told the pension applicant to write to Dublin to get a copy of 1841 or 1851 census to prove date of birth.

I am methodically going the pension files to create profiles, then upload the pension extract. See Category: Ireland, Censuses

Also I when there is a baptism or marriage record, mostly Catholic, the profile will be in the appropriate  sub-category under Category: Roman Catholic Parishes in Ireland
