Roots Search Link on profiles not working [closed]

Question

Under the heading RESEARCH on a profile there is a link for rootsSearch.  Up until today, that link has always worked fine. So, now when I click on the link, I get Not secure, 404 Not Found Error, The requested URL was not found on this server. It's telling me that this might be hackers trying to access my computer if I click on the link.

What has changed that needs to be fixed? Nothing has changed with my computer, no updates or anything. I was using this feature up until around 12 am Eastern time today, March 26, 2024.

I get the same thing. I expect the team will have it fixed soon.

In the meantime a workaround would be to use the WikiTree Sourcer extension to search.

I'm getting almost the same message, I was using it up until about 45 minutes ago with no problem. It says "Not Secure. Your connection is not private. attackers might be trying to steal your information from apps.wikitree.com"

Edited to add, husband says this sounds like a "certificate problem" - whatever that is.
