The John Hatcher born in 1733 appears to be exactly the John Hatcher you identified in the FamilySearch tree.
The WikiTree profile Hatcher-3263 appears to be muddled. It provides a source link to the Hatcher family association database entry for John Hatcher, son of William Hatcher, Jr. (born about 1700 +/- 10 years) and his wife Margaret, but links to a different William Hatcher born 40-50 years earlier (Hatcher-249), and his wife Anne.
The Hatcher site shows William (b abt 1700) as a son of William Hatcher, Sr. (b abt 1665, Hatcher-1532), grandson of Benjamin Hatcher, Sr. (b abt 1643, Hatcher-365), great-grandson of William "the Immigrant" Hatcher (b abt 1613, Hatcher-46).
It also appears that a merge of Hatcher-422 into Hatcher-365 may have dropped the father, Hatcher-46. I'll drop a line to a profile manager to see if he wants to fix that.
The FamilySearch tree appears to be muddled in a different way. It shows John Hatcher (b 1733 and Christened in Prince George County, Virginia) as a son of William Hatcher, b 1710 in Madison County, Illinois!
The FamilySearch database shows a number of different profiles for early Hatchers, and listing those issues strays rather far from your initial question.
