Need assistance with transcription of Czech document from 1866

Question

I need help with transcribing "parental consent to join the seminar" of Václav Beneš from 1866. I transcribed the Czech part of it but down there is illegible text (probably signatures) Idk if it is in Czech or Latin. Thank You for any help.
