I believe a fellow wikitreer and member of our genealogy community has passed away.

Her contributions have not been forgotten

In my research of the Union Generals and in particular MG James Scott Negley (1826 - 1901) I noted she helped improve upon his profile and genealogy.

She made 2,581 contributions with 46 Thank yous

It amazes me how many have contributed but more so how many have likely passed yet their efforts still continue to help the community

Rest In Peace

See her FindAGrave

That's a shame.  It's unfortunate when our family members don't know all the sites we belong to, to notify people when we die.

I guess it's inevitable, as it seems to be us old farts who have the time to devote to this, as well as the interest.

RIP Kathy.
