Not too sure they are the same.

One Peter Newton has father Richard 1398-1449;
The other Peter Newton has father Richard 1429-1524

One Peter Newton has mother Emerota;
The other Peter Newton has mother Joanne

One Peter Newton is described as 'of Tabley, Cheshire';
The other Peter Newton was born in Shropshire (over 40 miles away)

What are your sources for matching them?

Both of these profiles need some work. In the Visitation of Shropshire, it says that Sir Peter Newton, husband of Maud Cholmeley, was the son of John Newton of Beverley.

I'm not even sure Peter Newton should be attached to Richard Cradock (Newton-245)? I've read through quite a few sources for this family, I've only seen the two (John and Thomas) children of Sir Richard.
