Should Theodore Burr be notable?

Theodore Burr was an American engineer and bridge builder.  He has a Wikipedia article and is now connected.

If deceased, he only needs one Wikipedia page to be considered Notable on Wikitree.

I think so. He has Wikipedia pages in at least three languages with family members mentioned in all three, and made a significant contribution to the field of American bridges. However, if others do not believe so, I would be happy to take this back!
