I didn’t track Taylor’s cc7, but Travis started the week with a cc7 at about 149 and now is at cc7 = 790.

You wrote it in your question? It is the number of profiles within 7 degrees of a profile.

I am sure people have been working on it all week. As seen in the increase in Travis’s cc7 in the past week. Actually I think Taylor’s was over 2,000 at the start (that is why I worked on Travis), i think some of Taylor’s connections were unconnected when proof of relationships could not be supported.
