Citing Old Fulton Postcards as a source [closed]

Old Fulton Postcards is a web site that indexes and posts newspaper clippings, predominently from New York State.  The site has changed over the years and was, at one point, hacked and nearly lost.  It is not the most navigable site but often gives access to small, local newspapers that contain a variety of information about individuals and families throughout the state.  The site also does not assist in formatting the source.  I just added a family tree that was published in such a newspaper and found, when I was ready to create the citation, that the url in the address window would not link back to the specific article; only to the general site.  It took me a few minutes to figure out how get a full url for the article.  It's done by hovering the mouse over the link to the article in the index, on the left.  The complete url then appears in the task bar where it can be copied and pasted into your citation. I will be interested in any critique and correction of the citation.

I believe Tom (of fultonhistory.com) has warned people that links may become broken, from time to time, because of how things are indexed, stored, and server upgrades (moving the source URL).  While I give credit to fultonhistory.com; I refer to the material in my source citation [newspaper, date, page, column].

I think I did most of that but will go back, review and add as necessary.  I remember that the page was not numbered.  And, I'll check the helps for sourcing newspapers because I think I've forgotten some things.  Thank you.

In the best of all possible worlds, the citation would include the publication name, location, date, column number, and author, if available.

You can also save the page to archive.org, if you are worried about the durability of the link.  I archived your link here: https://web.archive.org/web/20240210182724/https://fultonhistory.com/highlighter/highlight-for-xml?altUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fultonhistory.com%2FNewspapers%252021%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%25201909-1910%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%25201909-1910%252000355_1.pdf%23xml%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.fultonhistory.com%2FdtSearch%2Fdtisapi6.dll%3Fcmd%3Dgetpdfhits%26u%3D4ef8331b%26DocId%3D5421802%26Index%3DZ%253a%255cDISK%2520V%26HitCount%3D4%26hits%3D1d5%2B1d6%2B1da%2B1db%2B%26SearchForm%3D%252fFulton%255fform%252ehtml%26.pdf&uri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fultonhistory.com%2FNewspapers%252021%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%25201909-1910%2FGoshen%2520NY%2520Independent%2520Republican%25201909-1910%252000355_1.pdf&xml=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fultonhistory.com%2FdtSearch%2Fdtisapi6.dll%3Fcmd%3Dgetpdfhits%26u%3D4ef8331b%26DocId%3D5421802%26Index%3DZ%253a%255cDISK%2520V%26HitCount%3D4%26hits%3D1d5%2B1d6%2B1da%2B1db%2B%26SearchForm%3D%252fFulton%255fform%252ehtml%26.pdf&openFirstHlPage=false

Yes, the citation needs to be edited to include the publication information, as found at Fulton Old Postcards.  At least it's possible to get a link to the actual image.
