Seems to me they are not the same person, so I don't see any inconsistency.

The two Olives signed here share the same birthday and date of death, yet they are married to two different people.

I cannot find an entry where Olive is the daughter of Joseph Getchell and Elmira Chick.  Elmira Chick would be 137 years old if Olive born 1846 was her daughter.

I have found where Olive is shown as the daughter of Ephraim Getchell and Almira Tibbetts.  So these would be the correct parents of Olive Getchell Neal.
