I have not had any luck with the population schedules, but I have found several ancestors on the veteran's & widows schedules for that census year.

According to FamilySearch, "Fragments of the US census population schedule exist only for the states of Alabama, District of Columbia, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, South Dakota, and Texas."  You are indeed lucky.

There were a few pages of that census that survived the fire, it is unfortunate that the majority of that information was lost however.  You could also find some of the information from that census in local archives that made copies for their own use.
