Translation of birth record of Jonas Le Roux

Question

I'm trying to fully transcribe and translate this birth record for Jonas le Roux, son of Jonas le Roux. It is on Ancestry.com at https://www.ancestry.com/discoveryui-content/view/4322228:61229?ssrc=pt&tid=170126479&pid=432517781983, also on FamilySearch.org at https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CSC9-T2S7?i=25&cc=3015626

From Ancestry's indexing, we have his name (Jonas), parents' names (Jonas le Roux & Catharina), birth (4 Dec 1709) and baptism (7 Dec 1709). 

I had some help from Genealogical Translations group on Facebook, but not a complete transcription/translation.

But there are very hard to read adjectives about the parents that nobody could capture.

Folks there said the witness/sponsor appears to translate to "Jonas le Roux citizen and inhabitant of Oppau". This could well be the grandfather. Is this a complete translation of that column? This could help flesh out Le_Roux-6048.

The column about the parents reads:

Jonas le Roux, Erbbeständer vom Hembshof und Catharina seine ehel[iche] Hausfrau.

Translation:

Jonas le Roux, tenant from the Hembshof and Catharina his married wife.

The column about the witness reads:

Jonas le Roux, Bürger undt Einwohner zu Oppau.

Translation:

Jonas le Roux, citizen and inhabitant of Oppau.

Comments

An 'Erbbeständer' is someone who is allowed to farm land he doesn't own under a contract that is hereditary. I looked it up on Wikipedia and apparently the English term for that is Emphyteusis?
