Can anyone see what is wrong with the ONS template on this profile?

I have copied and pasted it from other profiles that are not throwing up an error, but this one seems to. Can anyone shed any light on it? I've been staring at it for ages and can't figure it out.

I'm not seeing an error, Susie.  It functions and the category is correct.  I will do some investigating.

Category https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Category:Saltford%2C_Somerset%2C_Hendy_Name_Study was created just before the database dump and it wasn't imported into WT+ by the time suggestions were calculated.

I am sure this week the suggestion will be gone.
