Which Benjamin Mills married Sarah Taylor in 1718?

On WikiTree currently, we have Sarah Taylor (1700-aft 1734) marrying a notional Benjamin Mills [3rd] for whom there is no evidence other than their marriage record. Benjamin 3rd was created here as the son of Benjamin Mills Jr. (1675-1720), son of Benjamin Mills Sr. (1651-1734).

However, the late Helen Schatvet Ullman, former associate editor of the New England Historic Genealogical Register and sometime WikiTree contributor (!) wrote in NEHGR 175 in 2021 that Sarah Taylor's Nov 1718 marriage was in fact to Benjamin Sr., his first wife Mary (Thorne) Mills having died in May of that year. Though Benjamin Sr. left no probate, his widow Sarah was involved in legal disputes with Benjamin's sons after his death, establishing that although she was young enough to be his granddaughter, she did not marry his grandson.

I believe Benjamin [3rd] never existed, and was only ever a placeholder created by folks making a (reasonable) guess as to the birth year of Sarah's husband. Benjamin Jr. and his wife Sarah Learned didn't marry until about 1711, so any child of theirs couldn't have married in 1718.

I think we'll want to detach Benjamin 3rd from his supposed father and merge him into Benjamin Sr. Any concerns about this plan?
