Correct style rules for citing NPS soldiers database?

What is the proper way to create an in-line citation for a Civil War soldier listed on the nps.gov database? No matter what I do, I always seem to mess it up. Thanks.

Here is the style I use: Fill in the name as shown on the record. Then add the link  

<ref>National Park Service, Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System, Soldier Details for ____</ref>
