I’m trying to change my profile name to my name at birth, but change does not appear.

My profile name displays my married name. I prefer to display my name at birth. I have edited my profile to reflect the change, but it does not appear on my profile.

You need to change the Last Name at Birth field. When you edit you profile there is a little link named "edit". For me it looks like:

Last Name at Birth:

Pavey  [edit]

You click the edit link.

Warning: This will effectively create a new profile because the WikiId changes.
