Advice before editing this pre-1700 Hastings profile?

Question

I have information to contribute to the profile of Francis Hastings KG. This is what I can add:

Edit his name to WikiTree standards

Add and edit his children

Add a source

These are the sources I am using:

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

I see you have gone ahead and started editing.  When you are making such sweeping changes to dates etc, you should really contact the Profile Manager first - at least one of them was on WikiTree in the past few days.
