Help with 1776 sticker?

Could someone adept at 1776 sticker format please help us add the sticker(s) to the profile of Benjamin Partridge of Bellingham, Massachusetts, who died in service at Fort Ticonderoga 16 Sep 1776. Looks good, although I recently found out that the unit should be existing category - I don't see any categories at the Company Level only Regiment.
Colonel Ephraim Wheelock commanded 4th Regiment, Suffolk County Militia, Massachusetts Militia, American Revolution but that regiment currently does not have a category, but he may have commanded other regiments.
