Is it possible to calculate birth day, month and year from information on grave marker?

Question

I have been trying to determine if it is possible to calculate the day, month, and year of birth (and the best method for doing this) when a marker has the following information from a reading of graves compiled by Helena Howard of Schuyler co., NY. Copy right 1999 and found on this website: Mills Cem, Dix, NY (rootsweb.com)  https://sites.rootsweb.com/~nyschuyl/MillsCem.html

LINDERMAN Elizabeth wife of Jason    5-8-1824, ae 49-3-9    ae= age of death

 

Elizabeth Linderman maiden name was Elizabeth Johnston. Her find a grave memorial is located at: https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/149101301/elizabeth-linderman

Note- I haven't checked if Elizabeth has a profile because there are other issues connected to her parent names and place of birth that need to be sorted and having the information about her birth may help suggest changes to her Find A Grave memorial.

The desktop genealogy software I use has a tool that allows determination of start date (birth date), end date (death date), or elapsed time (age) from any two of these.

These tools are somewhat common.

There are several age/date calculators online. Do a search for 'birth date calculator' and you'll get several responses. They will have instructions on how to use.
