Suggestions for this profile that does not follow current style guidelines

I know that any change to a profile you do not manage should be using the "best communication practices" and I can certainly do that. But in this case, I was curious if there are situations where it might be recommended to be more "bold" to make the change noting it is to better match the current standards.

The profile in question is https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Hoggatt-97 Rachel Hoggatt. Both the Bio Check and WikiTree+ are saying the Span ID tags for the font change are not recommended.

Are these levels of errors significant enough that I should be bold and remove them or is even this level of error checking on a profile not enough to warrant a bold change (and instead start with the profile comment first)?

Feedback is greatly appreciated as a still new Wikitreer.

The HTML used is non-standard.  The manager has been inactive for 5 years.  Feel free.

Actually the last action by the PM was in August 2022, only a bit over a year ago.

If you edit the profile, it shows a lot of errors/suggestions.  It does need fixing.  I can see what they're trying to do with the fonts and such.  If you can replicate what they're trying to do with wikitree styles, then it wouldn't hurt to make it meet the standards.
