I am looking for any family connections or profiles for Elizabeth Smith, daughter of Hillyard Smith who died 13 May 1755 and was married to Lieut. Joiner Smith (this might be Lieut. James Smith, but I thought he was married to Azubah Gunn). The event of Elizabeth's death is in the Sheffield (Massachusetts) town records.
I cannot find anything about a Joiner Smith or a Hillyard Smith in Sheffield.
Before I create the profiles, I thought I would check to see if anyone knows about these families in or out of Sheffield, MA.
