Is there a project that covers these pre-1700 people?

 Here are people I can add, along with dates and locations:

• Thomas May, baptised 1697-04-25, Atworth, Wiltshire, England. Married:
• Hanna Pierce on 1722-04-22 at Corsham, Wiltshire, UK
• Their 4th child is May-16701, a direct relative of mine.
• Thomas May is the top Thomas May's father - baptised 1661-05-09 at Atworth, Wiltshire, England. He married Elizabeth Bullons at Holt, Wilts on 1688-05-14 and was buried at Atworth on 1743-10-02
• Richard May and Elinor were this Thomas's parents, Richard was born before 1640.

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

As Bobby says, joining the England Project's Orphan Trail is a good way to learn what sources are acceptable and how to format them.

Reach out to the England Project. And consider joining the Orphan Trail. It also looks like you'll soon need your Pre-1700 certification in order to continue on.

I would suggest you don’t add any more profiles until you understand the sourcing needed.just putting FamIly tree as a source is not adequate. Search on Family Search and you can generate a citation from that source. Send me a message if you don’t understand what I mean.
