I would like to create a new category - Milton College Graduate

I would like advice or may need help creating a new category for the profile of Alban Gardner Saunders. The category might be named something like Proposed Category Name.

Could I get help creating the new category? Or is there an existing category to use? Thank you!

Assuming you mean Milton College in Wisconsin, USA...

There is this category:

It does not yet (as of this writing) include Milton College. 

Looking at the subcategories listed there, I think your category would simply be

Category:Milton College

(Note that none of the college or university categories use the name "Graduate", just the name of the college or university.)

Once created, be sure to edit it to add 

Category: Wisconsin, Colleges and Universities

To the category page.

That is correct. The category would be [[Category:Milton College]].

I went ahead and created it, since I had the Wikipedia page opened.
