I want to install the CC7 changes button, Chrome browser; how do I do this?

I want to install the CC7 Changes button. I have read all previous related questions, not sure what I am missing. I have the extension, don't I? It's the thing that shakes the trees in the CC7.

You need to install the Web Browser Extension and enable the CC7 Changes feature.

Thanks, but can not see actual Installation directive,,, only info on the Installation??! Not sure what I am missing~~
