Can I delete an unrelated image from a profile?

I came across an orphaned profile (Miller-10541) with a seemingly unrelated image of bushels of wheat and a 'Special Thanks to:' note without any context, all located in the source section. The profile is otherwise empty, no biography, no sources, just wheat, special thanks and gedcom import info.
It appears that several connected profiles have the same image of wheat and thank you note in their sources.
Should I remove the image? I'd move the 'Special Thanks' to the acknowledgments section.

Is the image hurting anything?  It may not add anything biologically significant, but if it is doing no damage and is not detracting from the biological narrative (when there is such), then why does it need to be removed?  Many people use images to "brighten up" otherwise dull-looking profiles.
Sorry Melanie but I don't agree. An irrelevant image draws attention to and emphasises an empty biography, rather than offsetting it. The solution for an orphaned profile is to provide a proper biography (as Michael has commenced to do) instead of a cosmetic distraction. I wouldn't remove such an image if there were still a profile manager, but in this case there isn't.

Thank you for your answers. I looked up the other profiles created by the person who created Preston Miller's profile and found the origin of the bushel of wheat: It is part of the Sheffield coat of arms and apparently is not a bundle but a "sheaf". There are more details about this in the profile of Thomas Sheffield III (Sheffield-188).
Apparently the image was added to all profiles on the GEDCOM that was used to create Sheffield-188, but that GEDCOM contained many people not directly related to him.
Preston Miller was in the GEDCOM because the sister of his mother-in-law was married to a descendant of Sheffield-188. I wrote the original creator of the profiles, but was informed that he is no longer a member of WikiTree.
I will remove the image, as it has nothing to do with Preston Miller and I'll move the thank you note to the acknowledgements section.
Thank you again

Hello, probably it's not going to help but did you try to contact via pm  Michael Sheffield? This person is cited in the acknowledgements of Preston Miller's profile. They state that said profile was created thanks to his contribution.

Thank you, I followed your advice. The profile is Unlisted but I used the option to send a private message to Michael Sheffield. I got an email from info@wikitree.com saying that the profile "is no longer a member of WikiTree". Anyway, in the meantime I believe I solved the case, will post with details.

And there might be more clues if you look at the change history for the profile, since it was the merge from two different GEDCOM imports. You could add that other GEDCOM to the acknowledgments section, then look through the profiles that came in with either of the GEDCOM for clues.
