Help with connections for Jane (Frankenberg) Seymour OBE?

I have a new connection for Jane (Frankenberg) Seymour OBE, via her younger sister who is connected to my extended family. As of today, Jane's CC7 is 518.

I can't seem to add the existing profile for their father (Frankenberg-13), so created a separate one (Frankenberg-65). Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Looking at her profile, it seems that Frankenberg-13 is already connected to her as her father. Why did you think you needed to create/connect him again? You are never supposed to knowingly create a duplicate.  Her profile is locked because she is a Living Notable.

Please try to be a little less critical. I may have been around on Wikitree for a while, but I still lose my bearings sometimes...

I know Frankenberg-13 is already connected to Jane. I was trying to connect Frankenberg-13 to my extended family but the system wouldn't let me.

Could someone with more privileged access please merge the two for me (Frankenberg-13 and Frankenberg-65)? That would solve the problem :-)
