James Wesley Hill's (DOB 1827) parents may be Hazel Hill and Margery Hill.  I have added WT profiles from Alvin Duncan back to Martha Hill. (DOB ~ 1821)

Hazel's 1840 Census record indicates 2 free colored males, age 10-24, 1 free colored male, age 55-100, 1 free colored female, age 10-24, and 1 free colored female, age 55-100. In 1840, James would have been 13 and Margery would have been 19.
