It is the last of the entries in the upper left corner.

The name of the father: Is it written as Van der Putte or Van der Putten.

The merge has been completed, we agreed on the form with n. Thank you for your answers.

On the website of the archives in Noord-Brabant (bhic.nl) the name is transcribed as Geertruij, daughter of Johannis van der Putte. But in 1737, in the baptism record of Geertruij's brother Fredrik, the surname is transcribed as van der Putten. Both names are written in the same way, so it depends on the person who transcribed the records if they write Putte or Putten.

Relevant for Wikitree is finding a profile by others than the profile manager. My advice: both names - the second as 'other last name'
